Single Family: We are looking for single family homes in Class A and B neighborhoods that need minor or major renovations. Properties in B/C properties must be on the fringe of gentrifying neighborhoods.
Multifamily: We are looking for 2 – 40 unit apartment buildings or complexes in Class A or B neighborhoods. The property must have some significant and obvious value add component. Cap rates must be 8.5% or above with the ability to increase above 10% once stabilized.
