Northeastern winters can be brutal and dramatically increase energy use and the cost of warming a home or property. JCRE routinely works with its property managers and tenants and provides the opportunity to weatherize their properties for the winter months. JCRE will engage professional 3rd party winterization companies on behalf of each tenant as requested, as well as insulate plumbing and electrical connections. In addition to weatherization, JCRE installs low flow toilets & showerheads to save water & provides all properties with high efficiency heating systems.
